Based on time & availability, we will do our best to accommodate special requests. Please discuss these preferences at the time of booking (double room, gender, type of treatment, etc).

Reserving Appointments

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa treatment to check in, fill out an intake form, change into spa attire and begin your spa experience. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.

Valuables

There are lockers available in the spa for your convenience. It is recommended you leave valuable items at home. Shear Ego is not responsible for items that are lost or left at the salon and spa.

Spa Enhancement

We invite you to discuss any preferences or special needs with our estheticians and massage therapists prior to the start of your service. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may require our attention. For your safety, we discourage immediate sun exposure following skin care therapy or shaving before body treatments.

Spa Attire

Complimentary use of our spa robes, slippers, and lockers are provided for all guests. Our team is professionally trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty & comfort throughout your service. Disposable undergarments are provided upon request. Please remove all jewelry before your spa treatment.

Your Comfort

Your experience at the spa is your time. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.

Cancellation Policy

With respect to the dedication of our professional team, we strictly enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations, changes, and failure to appear within 24-hours will be charged 50% of the service price. All appointments will end at their scheduled time if you arrive late. Bridal Party and Group reservations must be canceled within one week to avoid a 50% charge of the service price.

Gratuities

In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.

Considerations

Please refrain from cell phone use as a courtesy to other guests. Shear Ego is a smoke-free environment.

  A relaxing massage that uses light to medium pressure. This massage targets the areas you carry the most tension, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

  Release muscle tension and pain with deep concentrated pressure. With focus on the back, shoulders, neck and head, this massage targets the common areas where most of us carry tension. This is a wonderful massage for chronic pain, injuries, and for those who enjoy deep pressure.

Prenatal$135

• A wonderful treat for the mother-to-be! This custom-created, relaxing massage helps to ease tension in the back, neck, and shoulders, stimulate circulation, and reduce swelling. Our prenatal massage is performed side-lying with the use of support pillows and is only available for guests in their second or third trimesters.

Hot Stone$165

• This treatment incorporates a technique that uses smooth, heated basalt stones, which are massaged onto specific muscles to melt away stress and tension.

Purifying Back Facial$110

• Give your back some TLC with a blemish-clearing back facial. Perfect for those prone to back acne, our estheticians will perform deep cleansing, extractions, and a purifying clay mask.
  

Body Polish with Essential Oils$148

• A customized scrub specially formulated for cleansing and exfoliating the skin is combined with essential oils to reveal newer and younger looking skin. Excellent for softening the skin while gently removing rough dry patches. Your skin will be clean, healthy, and soft.
  

Moisturizing Mud Wrap$182

• Soothing mud will nourish and detoxify from head to toe. The treatment begins with an exfoliation scrub. Detoxifying Mud is applied over your entire body. Wrapped in a blanket to seal in heat, you relax as the mud improves circulation and draws out impurities, without dehydrating. After the mud is removed, your experience is completed with a gentle moisturizing treatment.
  

Skin Soothing Facial Treatment$145

• This calming treatment will reduce redness and provide relief for sensitive skin and irritation. A hydrating cleanse is followed by exfoliation and a cooling seaweed mask to reduce inflammation. Relax with a massage of the neck, décolleté, hands, and feet.

• Eliminate impurities, reduce blemishes and inflammation, and nourish dull, congested skin. The treatment begins with a purifying cleanse followed by exfoliation and extractions. A soothing facial mask is applied that will leave skin feeling purified, calm, and in the clear. Includes a moisturizing warm hand massage.

• Microdermabrasion has proven its effectiveness on all skin types including oily, dry, and uneven skin. Your esthetician will suggest a Clinical Peel Treatment that is best suited for you. The treatment will be followed by a restoring facial mask and a moisturizing hand massage.

• This invigorating treatment deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and extracts impurities from the skin while simultaneously infusing super serums filled with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. This treatment includes a hand and arm massage and a custom mask.
