Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa treatment to check in, fill out an intake form, change into spa attire and begin your spa experience. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.
There are lockers available in the spa for your convenience. It is recommended you leave valuable items at home. Shear Ego is not responsible for items that are lost or left at the salon and spa.

Complimentary use of our spa robes, slippers, and lockers are provided for all guests. Our team is professionally trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty & comfort throughout your service. Disposable undergarments are provided upon request. Please remove all jewelry before your spa treatment.
Your experience at the spa is your time. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately.
With respect to the dedication of our professional team, we strictly enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations, changes, and failure to appear within 24-hours will be charged 50% of the service price. All appointments will end at their scheduled time if you arrive late. Bridal Party and Group reservations must be canceled within one week to avoid a 50% charge of the service price.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities are left to your discretion. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for your convenience.

Hair must be ¼ inch in length. Please inform your esthetician of any topical solutions or medications prescribed by your dermatologist, or if you have used any products containing Retin-A, Retinol, Glycolic, Salicylic, or any other chemical exfoliants. Refrain from sun exposure for at least 48 hours after service.
Electrolysis is the only FDA approved permanent hair removal process. It safely and permanently removes all types of hair from all skin tones, unlike laser hair removal.
